Our Kentucky Woods® cake is the original Bourbon Barrel Cake™. This is the perfect size for a small gift or one person. It is our small, gift or personal size cake.
Our original Kentucky Woods® cake is a moist southern brown sugar cake with pure maple and chocolate cake, topped with walnuts, chocolate and caramel icing. We use 7 year aged Kentucky bourbon to give a very unique, nutty and maple flavor. After baking what is left of the bourbon is the flavor essence which is the richest form of bourbon. The alcohol bakes out. All the flavor without the alcohol is our secret!
Made in small batches each Kentucky Woods™ cake is steeped in our Kentucky heritage. Anyone of any age can buy and eat a Kentucky Woods® cake.
